1. Precedent and statutory interpretation- The English legal system has developed the system of difficult rules over many years I relation to be issue of precedent. Does supreme court still  enjoy difficult rules in this regard than the  court of appeal. It is not the  case that judges can circumvent  if they wish. With the reference to this case low, give example for your answer , explain the system of precedent  and to what extent different rules of the supreme court is necessary.

2. The legal professions- Differentiation between types of legal professionals within the English legal system today is clouded and lack of any divergence of the respective roles.
